Fixes: (Version 3.01)

 - Created a status bar class which added support for the standard
	indicators (NUM, SCRL, CAPS).

 - Fixed CTL3D function register for main window.

 - Fixed overload for application clean-up when the used presses <OK>
	or <Cancel>.

 - Fixed problem which allowed code to be included when not selected
	if that code was contained in a multi-level #if ....

 - Fixed all outstanding known bugs in base code.

 - Fixed bug where multilevel #if defines where not being handled properly
